I’ve made me a homemade dip that is quite good, so I thought I’d share the recipe here:
- Half a block of 8oz. cream cheese
- Half a tub of cottage cheese
- Half a cup of crumbled feta cheese
- Half a cup of diced fresh tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon of fresh minced basil
- 1 teaspoon of worchestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste. Mix ingredients until smooth. Serve with cold, crisp celery or asparagus, or crackers of your choice. I especially enjoy Townhouse crackers from the Keebler elves.
